If I could give this dealership no stars I would. The man that owns this carlot spoke to me as a potential customer very reckless. First off they show you a video telling you where and how to test drive. I have never heard of this nor experienced what I experienced here. They only want you to drive maybe .10 miles down to a gas station and turn around. I always drive to a highway to test drive a vehicle. And again I have never had an issue until this experience. The dealership text my daughters phone multiple times and called telling us we need to bring the car back. All we did was drive to highway 51 and turned around at Lynn exit to go back. Owner raised his voice to talk over me. And honestly I feel it was to try to intimidate me because I was a female. Which didn't work and I didn't back down which made him become even more irate. Then proceeds to say we are done here. But what he failed to realize is I was done as soon as he started talking reckless to me and telling me how to test drive a vehicle im trying to buy. And he told us before we test drove to take our time. They also take a picture of you insurance. Very unprofessional and not becoming as a business owner. And ano

After a disappointing experience with another dealership, purchasing our 2017 Toyota Highlander Hybrid here was a breath of fresh air. From the moment we arrived, everyone was welcoming and easy to work with. Even on a rainy day, we were encouraged to take our time and test drive a couple of different vehicles so we could make the right decision. Our finance manager was outstanding. She was knowledgeable, professional, patient, and never made us feel pressured. She took the time to answer our questions and made the entire financing process straightforward and comfortable. When we returned to pick up the vehicle, she happened to be out that day, but the rest of the team continued to provide excellent service. We especially appreciated that the owner personally called my husband—even while on vacation—to make sure everything was taken care of. That level of customer service speaks volumes about how they value their customers. We drove away in a beautiful 2017 Toyota Highlander Hybrid at a fair price and couldn't be happier with the vehicle. The only suggestions I would offer are relatively minor. have to give a HUGE shout out to the whole team at JT Wholesale in BA. I can not think of a more pleasant car buying experience. From the first email to picking up my 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk . This team has really fine tuned car buying. The selection was great and the their prices are very good.
